The conference hall (capacity 30 seats) is fully equipped and suitable for your seminars, business meetings and trainings.

The wonderful exterior includes an open swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Part of the pool is specially designated and equipped for children (with qualified lifeguard).
The open bar and barbecue near the swimming pool are most preferable place in the hot summer days.

- 50 security car places and 14 covered lots are available in the complex
- Safety deposit box- valuables should be deposited in a safety deposit box at the reception.

- Check-out: 12.00 a.m.
- Late check-out: 50 % of the room charge additional fee should be paid.
- Reception desk does not accept payment with personal and traveler’s cheques.
